Am I buying the artwork shown?
You’re ordering a print of your own uploaded image. The room scenes show styling ideas; artwork, frames and accessories pictured aren’t included.
Can I print a photo from my phone?
Yes. Upload your original image for the best result, and check any resolution warnings in the editor. Screenshots and small social-media downloads can lose detail, especially at larger sizes.
What is the difference between the two papers?
Photo Rag 308gsm has a softer, more subtle surface. German Etching 310gsm has a more noticeable texture. Both have a matt fine art finish.
Will my image be cropped?
It can be if its proportions differ from your selected print size. Review the editor preview and adjust the crop before ordering. The editor also offers Fit to Print to preserve the whole image, which may leave white space.
How long will my print take?
Allow 1–4 working days for production, plus delivery. Check our production and delivery information before ordering for a specific date.
