Do You offer Free Samples

Any Photo that you send to me that requires changing, whether it be a background change or style etc. will be emailed to you as a proof after it has been edited. You will then be able to view the proof to see if it looks OK. Once you are happy with the edited photo, I will then begin to build your chosen product.

What materials do you use?

All Canvas I use is 100% Cotton. 240gsm. Not Polyester like many others use.

Smaller Items have a Gloss Finish & the larger items have a Matt Finish. It states on the item you buy whether it is gloss or matt.

ChromaLife100 ink system ensures long-lasting photos.

The canvas is hand made and produced using high quality materials and inks. It is mounted on an engineered wooden frame and finished with an elegant satin edged surround. Various colours of the satin edges are available. (Also unframed items available).

What sizes do you sell?

ALL SIZES ARE 12mm DEEP.

The Miniature Canvas measures 70mm X 70mm. Approx 3x3 inches & comes complete with a Mini Easel measuring 120mm high. Approx 5 inches.

The Free Standing Canvas comes complete with Stand and Fittings & measures 180mm x 130mm (7x5 inches).

The  ready to hang canvas comes in two sizes measuring and gives the impression that it is floating and not connected to the wall due to the hanging technique.

What are your Postage Prices?

Postage & Packing Prices are based on the amount of money you spend.

The prices are as follows, if you live in the UK - 1st class postage.

International buyers – please note: 
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility
- Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All items are made to order. Once your payment has been received and we have agreed on the final print then your order will be sent out within 5 working days. An Email will be sent to you to confirm when your order has been sent out to you. Uk delivery usually takes 1 or 2 days to arrive. Overseas orders can take between 5 and 21 days to arrive. Please contact me after these times if your order has not arrived.

How Do I Send My Photo to You?

Once you Buy your item that requires a photo from you. I will email you at the email address you used when you bought the item.

I will then request that you reply to the email I send you with your original photo attached. Please always send the original photo that was taken with your digital camera to make sure I receive the highest quality photo from you. Please see the PHOTO TIPS page on sending the best quality, either taken with a digital camera or a scanned photo.

You can also post your original photo to me, you will need to request this option once I email you. A4 is the maximum size I can use.
